·                     The Special Project Team was responsible for upgrading and modernization of 5400 existing PAC Bell Wireless Sites that T-Mobile acquired from Cingular. Most of the sites were in LA California (the Inland Empire), and other areas from San Diego south to San Luis Obispo north

              Duties:

·                     Meet weekly with the RF Team and attain a list of sites that RF needed to be review and upgraded with new or additional BTS equipment and other modification

·                     Complete a record review of all the leases on all site lists on the RF Tracker and determine any leasing or landlord issues that needs to be considered.

·                     Contact the landlord and attain access to the sites for site walks with the Special Project’s Team.

·                     Develop a scope of work and budget for the upgrade and modification of each site listed on the tracker

·                     Hire A&E vendors and other Site Acquisition Consultants and Vendors to interface with the landlord on amendments to the existing leases, and negotiating the terms and new lease amounts. Developing a scope of work and contract with all the vendors

·                     Meeting with the Vendors in a weekly deployment meeting on progress of each site, and then meeting with the RF Team on the progress on each site

·                     Meeting with T-Mobile legal department and attorney over landlord disputes and also the possible negotiation of expired leases to new lease contracts
